The location of the hotel is convenient for those flying in or out of the area, with easy access to the airport. The rooms are kept clean and tidy, ensuring a comfortable stay. Additionally, the staff are friendly and helpful, providing a pleasant experience for guests.
Some guests have mentioned noise disturbances from the bar downstairs, which could be inconvenient for light sleepers.

I recently had another pleasant stay at Heathrow Stay. As a regular customer, I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for cheap and cheerful accommodation. The pub downstairs, although a bit noisy on weekend nights, offers the best quality beer and amazing food at a great price. The staff is always friendly and cheerful, and the hotel's easy access to public transport, with Hounslow East tube station just 2 minutes away, is a major attraction. The rooms may not be perfect, but they are definitely worth the cost and convenient for working people in need of a budget-friendly place to stay.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Separate 24-hour key controlled entrance made it feel secure. The Indian food at the pub just downstairs was excellent. The beds were cozy, in good shape and not all were bunkbeds (though all were squeaky) The location right neat the tube and Heathrow is handy.
The staff were less than friendly. There was no soap anywhere to wash hands. There is no community room anywhere to hang out. The kitchen is small, dirty, and there are absolutely no utensils or dishes.

It is very close to Heathrow airport.
Well, its proximity to the Heathrow airport coupled with cleanliness within.

The comfortable bed, good water pressure in the showers, spacious bathroom and close proximity to the room were all great. The staff quickly provided a fan during the hot weather in June. The rented towel was clean and soft. The staff also opened the windows in the hallway to cool off the hostel. The keyless card worked well. The nearby shops on Kingsley Road offered a variety of convenience items, including adding funds to the Oyster Card.
Felt like part of the family, no complaints.

Location and price
Everything is very basic and well used, but for the price this is not a complaint, just a fact

Well, it was very cheap to stay in a dorm and it's walking distance form the tube station.
It is located above a grimy, noisy pub, it smells of curry, it is overheated and only one toilet worked.

1. It is very near the Heathrow airport; 2. The buses went to the downtown instead of taking the train which takes more time; 3. There were a lot of indian restaurants and shops; 4. it is with a kitchen and washing machines for free charge.
The toilet of my dorm was out of use during my stay.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. They provided excellent service throughout my stay, always willing to help with any requests or questions. Additionally, the location of the hotel was very convenient. It was situated close to shops, grocery stores, and public transportation, making it easy to navigate the area. Best of all, the hotel offered comfortable and well-maintained rooms, ensuring a pleasant stay.
There were a few areas for improvement. the hotel could benefit from some updating.

The price was right and close to Heathrow. Great for a nights stay before a flight out. Nice folks and a warm pub.
No lockers, no security, no coffee or breakfast, tiny tiny little bunks

I got locked in the room for at least 30 minutes as the door lock broke and we had no way of getting out. Also there was no number to call to tell them that we had been locked in the room so if no-one walked past we would have been in there for hours. Also there were no fire alarms in the rooms meaning if anything did happen we would have been screwed as we were locked in the room and none of the windows opened.

The location of the hotel is great as it is close to both the Piccadilly tube line and Heathrow Airport. This makes it convenient for exploring London and for catching flights. Additionally, there are plenty of cheap Indian restaurants nearby, providing good options for dining.
The rooms have a lingering smell and the beds are cramped, with up to nine people sharing a room. This can be uncomfortable, especially in the summer months when there is no proper air circulation in the rooms.

There was a bar downstairs that played good music but they close early so there's no disturbance late at night.
The microwave did not work..
